How to make a good presentation!

First what would be best to use is Microsoft Word 2007
then what you do is you tybe what ever it is that you want to be the title text.
there should be a little bucket that is spilling paint called FILL.
Pick a colour and that will be you background colour. Now if you want different layers of colours just keep selecting a different colour on each line for example:
